Starting on March 30, 2020 the Civil Engineering Study Program opens undergraduate student admissions for the UMS Civil Engineering Study Program. Registration for new student admissions can be accessed via the website https://e-seleksi.pmb.ums.ac.id/. This program is designed to be taken for 4 years to educate prospective professional engineers in infrastructure development. Graduates of this program can become professionals in the field of civil engineering with concentrations in, among others: Structures, Geotechnics, Transportation, Construction Management, and Water Resources. After completing college for 4 years, graduates can work for consultants, contractors, and academics both in state-owned companies (BUMN), foreign, and private. After having enough experience in their field, UMS civil engineering graduates can continue the professional engineering program organized by PPI UMS. In addition, UMS civil engineering graduates can also continue to higher levels of education to the master’s level at the UMS Civil Engineering postgraduate level.
